Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts dated December 16, 2002;

WHEREAS, the Road Traffic Law dated June 29, 2001;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Quality of Goods dated December 24, 1999;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE INSTITUTE OF TRANSPORTATION SCIENCES AND TECHNOLOGIES DIRECTOR AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT

DECISION:

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE INDUSTRY STANDARD "PROCEDURE FOR TESTING AND EVALUATING THE STRENGTH OF ROADS' SUBGRADE AND SOFT SURFACE STRUCTURE USING DYNAMIC DEFLECTION MEASUREMENT EQUIPMENT (FWD)."

REGISTRATION NUMBER: 22 TCN 335-06

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE INSTITUTE OF TRANSPORTATION SCIENCES AND TECHNOLOGIES, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
