THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Based on Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commerce;
Based on Decision No. 279/2005/QĐ-TTg dated November 3, 2005 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the Regulations on the development and implementation of the National Trade Promotion Program for the 2006-2010 period;
After exchanging and reaching consensus with the Ministries of Finance, Planning and Investment, Industry, Agriculture and Rural Development; Fisheries, Posts and Telecommunications;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Trade Promotion,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Working Regulations of the National Trade Promotion Program Appraisal Council for the 2006-2010 period are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. Heads of relevant agencies and members of the National Trade Promotion Program Appraisal Council for the 2006-2010 period are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
