BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 36/2003/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 4, 2003, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION;

CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DEPARTMENT HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT;
ATTACHING HERETO IS DECISION NO. 01 CONSTRUCTION STANDARD VIETNAM: TCXDVN 366:2006 "TECHNICAL GUIDELINES FOR GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION WORK IN KARST AREAS FOR CONSTRUCTION".

Article 1. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 2. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DEPARTMENT HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, and the Heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
