DECISION
Issuing Civil Aviation Meteorological Regulations

MINISTER OF TRANSPORT
Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Transport Department and the Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Civil Aviation Meteorological Regulations are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Repealing Decision No. 29/2005/QĐ-BGTVT dated May 18, 2005 of the Minister of Transport on the issuance of Civil Aviation Meteorological Work Regulations of Vietnam.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, Department Heads under the Ministry, Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
