DECISION
Regarding the issuance of Corporate Governance Regulations applicable to listed companies
on the Stock Exchange/Securities Trading Center

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Enterprise Law No. 60/2005/QH11 dated November 29, 2005 of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Securities Law No. 70/2006/QH11 dated June 29, 2006 of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Chairman of the State Securities Commission.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Corporate Governance Regulations for listed companies on the Stock Exchange/Securities Trading Center are hereby issued along with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Finance, listed companies, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
