Article 1. The Economic and Technical Standards for Establishing Land Administration Maps Using Direct Survey Method are hereby promulgated along with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
These standards replace the standards set forth in Section I and Section IV of Chapter Three, Part II, and Section I and Section IV of Chapter Three, Part III of the Economic and Technical Standards for Surveying and Mapping issued together with Decision No. 05/2006/QD-BTNMT dated May 26, 2006 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment.
Article 3. Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment under centrally governed cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
