GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;

Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Credit Institutions 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;

At the proposal of the Head of the Payment Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. Amend Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 11/2006/QĐ-NHNN dated March 17, 2006 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on amending Appendix No. 3 stipulating the banking code system for transactions through the State Bank issued pursuant to Decision No. 02/2006/QĐ-NHNN dated January 18, 2006 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam as follows:

"Change the transaction name of Commercial Joint Stock Bank Global to Commercial Joint Stock Bank PetroGlobal and retain the original sequential number within the same category - 320"

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from April 16, 2007.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Head of the Payment Department, the Director of the Information Technology Department of the State Bank, the Heads of units under the State Bank, the Directors of the State Bank Branches, the Chairmen of the Management Boards, General Managers (Directors) of organizations providing payment services shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
