Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Land Law dated November 26, 2003;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2002/NĐ-CP dated January 22, 2002 of the Government on surveying and mapping activities;
Pursuant to Decree No. 119/CP dated September 16, 1994 of the Government on the management and use of administrative boundary files, maps, and markers at all levels;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAMESE SURVEY AND MAPPING AGENCY.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE "NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON BOUNDARY DELIMITATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE UNITS AND ESTABLISHMENT OF BOUNDARY RECORDS AT ALL LEVELS".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE DECISION NO. 77/QDKT DATED MAY 12, 1993 OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL SURVEY AND MAPPING AGENCY ISSUING THE "TECHNICAL REGULATIONS FOR ESTABLISHMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF BOUNDARY RECORDS AT ALL LEVELS" AND CIRCULAR NO. 03/TT-LN DATED SEPTEMBER 17, 1992 OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE NATIONAL SURVEY AND MAPPING AGENCY GUIDING THE ORGANIZATION OF INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF BOUNDARY RECORDS AT ALL LEVELS.
Article 3. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES EQUIVALENT TO MINISTRIES, CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND URBAN CENTERS UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
