THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Considering the proposals of the Director of the International Cooperation Department and the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the "Regulation on Management and Use of Official Development Assistance (ODA) Sources of the Ministry of Construction".
Article 2. This Decision replaces Decision No. 24/2006/QĐ-BXD dated August 21, 2006 and shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Directors of the International Cooperation Department, the Legal Department, the Head of the Ministry’s Office, and the Heads of units under the Ministry of Construction are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
