PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Regional Agreement on Cooperation against Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia;
Upon the proposal of the Minister of National Defense,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Regulation on Coordination in Implementing the Agreement on Cooperation to Combat Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia is attached hereto and made part of this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministers of National Defense, Foreign Affairs, Public Security, Transport, Agriculture and Rural Development, Justice, and the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of coastal provinces directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
