CIRCULAR
Issuing the "Supplementary List of Products for Aquaculture Environment Treatment and Improvement Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam"
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Based on the Veterinary Ordinance 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Animal Health;
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the "Supplementary List of Products for Aquaculture Environment Treatment and Improvement Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam":
Article 1. Attached hereto with this Circular is the "Supplementary List of Products for Aquaculture Environment Treatment and Improvement Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam" (the attached list), which includes 165 domestically produced products and 11 imported products.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Fisheries, the Heads of the Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, the Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under the Central Cities and Provinces, organizations, and individuals related to the production, business, and use of aquaculture environment treatment and improvement products are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
