CIRCULAR
Issuing job titles and code numbers for population officer ranks

Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Health in Circular No. 3014/BYT-TCDS dated May 30, 2011 regarding the issuance of this Circular to stipulate job titles and code numbers for population officer ranks;
The Ministry of Home Affairs hereby issues job titles and code numbers for population officer ranks, specifically as follows:
Article 1. Issuing job titles and code numbers for population officer ranks, including:
1. Senior Population Officer - Code number: 16.304
2. Population Officer - Code number: 16.305
3. College-level Population Officer - Code number: 16.306
4. Intermediate-level Population Officer - Code number: 16.307
5. Basic-level Population Officer - Code number: 16.308
Article 2. Job titles and code numbers for population officer ranks prescribed in this Circular shall serve as the basis for the Ministry of Health to issue vocational standards for population officer ranks.
Article 3. This Circular takes effect from November 15, 2011.
This Circular replaces Circular No. 10/2011/TT-BNV dated August 4, 2011 of the Ministry of Home Affairs issuing job titles and code numbers for population officer ranks.
Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for implementing the provisions of this Circular./.
