BASED ON DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP, JANUARY 3, 2008, OF THE GOVERNMENT REGULATING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT; DECREE NO. 75/2009/NĐ-CP, SEPTEMBER 10, 2009, OF THE GOVERNMENT AMENDING ARTICLE 3 OF DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP, JANUARY 3, 2008, OF THE GOVERNMENT;
BASED ON THE SEEDS PLANT ORDINANCE NO. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11, MARCH 24, 2004, OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE;

Article 1ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE "SUPPLEMENTAL LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADING IN VIETNAM", INCLUDING: TWELVE PURE RICE VARIETIES; ONE PEAR VARIETY; ONE ORANGE VARIETY; ONE APPLE VARIETY AND THREE TOBACCO VARIETIES (APPENDIX ATTACHED).
Article 2THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FORTY-FIVE DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.
Article 3THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE PLANTING CROP DEPARTMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTS OF THE CENTRAL PROVINCES AND HEADS OF RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
