Circular No. 12/2013/TT-BLDTBXH promulgates the list of equipment for vocational training at intermediate and college levels for certain trades such as hydroelectric power plant operation, highway bridge construction, livestock and poultry farming, etc., applicable to schools offering these trades.

Issuing the List of Equipment for Vocational Training at Intermediate Vocational Level and College Vocational Level for the following trades: Hydroelectric Power Plant Operation; Highway Bridge Construction; Hydraulic Engineering Construction; Hydraulic Engineering Completion; Livestock and Poultry Farming; Forestry and Wildlife
Vocational college for the trades: operation of hydroelectric power plants; construction of road bridges; construction of hydraulic works; completion and improvement of irrigation works; livestock and poultry farming; forestry
roads; construction of waterworks projects; construction and completion

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
Pursuant to the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration;
The Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular to stipulate the List of Equipment for Vocational Training at Intermediate Vocational Level and College Vocational Level for the following trades: Hydroelectric Power Plant Operation; Highway Bridge Construction; Hydraulic Engineering Construction; Hydraulic Engineering Completion; Livestock and Poultry Farming; Forestry and Wildlife
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 3, 2013.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political and social organizations, provincial people's committees under the central city, General Department of Vocational Training, intermediate vocational schools, college vocational schools, intermediate technical schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to teach these trades, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular. In the course of implementation, if there are difficulties, they are requested to report promptly to the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
