CIRCULAR
ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
ON RICE STORAGE FACILITIES AND RICE MILLING ESTABLISHMENTS

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
WHEREAS, THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDES THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT, AND GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2009/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2009, AMENDS ARTICLE 3 OF GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008;
WHEREAS, THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 109/2010/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 4, 2010, REGULATES RICE EXPORT BUSINESS;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment;
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON RICE STORAGE FACILITIES AND RICE MILLING ESTABLISHMENTS.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE TWO NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS:
1. NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON RICE STORAGE FACILITIES
DESIGNATION: QCVN 01 - 133: 2013/BNNPTNT.
2. NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON RICE MILLING ESTABLISHMENTS
DESIGNATION: QCVN 01 - 134: 2013/BNNPTNT.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR TAKES EFFECT FROM AUGUST 6, 2013.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE PROCESSING, MARKETING DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURAL, FORESTRY, FISHERIES AND SALT INDUSTRY, HEADS OF RELATED ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION.
IN THE COURSE OF IMPLEMENTATION, ANY DIFFICULTIES SHOULD BE PROMPTLY REPORTED TO THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT FOR STUDY AND AMENDMENT./.
