CIRCULAR
ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION OF AWARDS FOR QUALITY CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2013/NĐ-CP dated February 6, 2013 of the Government on construction project quality management;
WHEREAS, Decision No. 36/2012/QĐ-TTg dated September 6, 2012 of the Prime Minister promulgates the Regulations on the Organization of the National Award for Quality Construction Projects;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director of the State Construction Project Quality Supervision Agency;
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION issues this Circular on the organization of awards for quality construction projects.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION OF AWARDS FOR QUALITY CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM SEPTEMBER 15, 2013. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS RELATING TO AWARDS FOR QUALITY CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS THAT CONTRADICT THIS CIRCULAR ARE ABROGATED./.
