 DECREE

On the Charter of Organization and Operation of the Northern Food Corporation

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 15, 2012 of the Government on the delegation and decentralization of the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of the State owner towards state-owned enterprises and state capital invested in enterprises;

At the request of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development,

The Government promulgates this Decree on the Charter of Organization and Operation of the Northern Food Corporation.

Article 1. Attached to this Decree is the Charter on organization and operation of the Northern Food Corporation.

Article 2. This Decree takes effect from April 15, 2014.

Repeals the Charter of Organization and Operation of the Limited Liability Company - Northern Food Corporation issued together with Decision No. 982/QĐ-TTg dated June 25, 2010 of the Prime Minister and other provisions contrary hereto.ướspecialized agency under the People's Committee of the province/city. đherein.ớIncouncillORS This Circular promulgates the Regulation on Distance Learning for Bachelor's Degree Programs.Ministers; Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central cities, and Members of the Board of Directors of the Northern Food Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decree./.

Article 3. The Ministers; Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central government, and Members of the Board of the Northern Food General Corporation shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
