TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR BREEDING AND FISH FARMING FACILITIES OF COMMON CARP
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Livestock Breed Law dated March 24, 2004;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment and the General Director of the Fisheries General Department;
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR BREEDING AND FISH FARMING FACILITIES OF COMMON CARP.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE 02 NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR BREEDING AND FISH FARMING FACILITIES OF COMMON CARP:
1. COMMON CARP BREEDING FACILITY - TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO ENSURE VETERINARY SANITATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.

2. COMMON CARP FISH FARMING FACILITY - TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO ENSURE VETERINARY SANITATION, ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, AND FOOD SAFETY.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM DECEMBER 10, 2017
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE; DIRECTORS OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT; DIRECTOR OF THE FISHERY GENERAL DEPARTMENT; HEADS OF RELATED ORGANIZATIONS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO IMPLEMENT.
During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
