CIRCULAR

Issuing the List of Toponyms for Settlements and Landmarks, Hydrological Features, and Socio-Economic Elements

to Serve the Preparation of Maps of the Mainland Territory of Binh Duong Province

Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2015/NĐ-CP dated May 6, 2015 of the Government on Surveying and Mapping Activities;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government stipulating the Functions, Tasks, Authorities, and Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam National Survey Center and the Head of the Legal Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment hereby issues the List of Toponyms for Settlements and Landmarks, Hydrological Features, and Socio-Economic Elements to Serve the Preparation of Maps of the Mainland Territory of Binh Duong Province.

Article 1. This Circular annexes the List of Toponyms for Settlements and Landmarks, Hydrological Features, and Socio-Economic Elements to Serve the Preparation of Maps of the Mainland Territory of Binh Duong Province.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 15, 2017.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, central-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
