CIRCULAR

Issuing the List of Place Names for Settlements, Topography, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Areas to Serve the Work of Compiling Maps of the Mainland Territory of Soc Trang Province The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues the List of Place Names for Settlements, Topography, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Areas to Serve the Work of Compiling Maps of the Mainland Territory of Soc Trang Province. 

Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2015/NĐ-CP dated May 6, 2015 of the Government on surveying and mapping activities;

On the basis of Decision No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM GEODETIC, CARTOGRAPHIC AND GEO-INFORMATION AGENCY AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT;

This Circular issues the List of Place Names for Settlements, Topography, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Areas to Serve the Work of Compiling Maps of the Mainland Territory of Soc Trang Province.

Article 1. The accompanying Circular promulgates the List of place names, topographic, hydrographic, economic, and social features for the purpose of establishing the map of the mainland territory of Soc Trang Province.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from November 15, 2018.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
