Decree No. 12/2020/NĐ-CP suspends the implementation of Article 63, Point c Clause 1 Article 64, Point b Clause 2 and Clause 3 Article 65 of Decree No. 26/2019/NĐ-CP dated March 8, 2019 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures to implement the Fisheries Law.

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated June 19, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on Issuance of Normative Legal Documents dated June 22, 2015;

Pursuant to the State Budget Law dated June 25, 2015;

Pursuant to the Fisheries Law dated November 21, 2017;

At the proposal of the Minister, Chairman of the Government Office;

The Government promulgates this Decree regarding the suspension of the implementation of Article 63, Point c Clause 1 Article 64, Point b Clause 2 and Clause 3 Article 65 of Decree No. 26/2019/NĐ-CP dated March 8, 2019 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures to implement the Fisheries Law.

Article 1. The implementation of Article 63, Point c Clause 1 Article 64, Point b Clause 2 and Clause 3 Article 65 of Decree No. 26/2019/NĐ-CP dated March 8, 2019 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures to implement the Fisheries Law shall be suspended until such time as the relevant provisions are amended to ensure compliance with the laws, Party guidelines, Government directives, and Prime Minister's instructions.

Article 2. This Decree takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the central government, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./
