Amending and supplementing Section II Part A of the Fee Schedule issued together with
Circular No. 167/2016/TT-BTC dated October 26, 2016 of the Minister of Finance prescribing fee levels, collection procedures, payment, management, and use of fees for the examination and issuance of power business operation licenses;
On the basis of the Electricity Law on December 3, 2004; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Electricity Law on November 20, 2012;
On the basis of Decree No. 137/2013/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Electricity Law and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Electricity Law;
Pursuant to the Law on Fees and Registration Fees dated November 25, 2015;
On the basis of Decree No. 17/2020/NĐ-CP dated February 5, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of related Decrees concerning investment and business conditions within the scope of management under the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
The Minister of Finance hereby issues this Circular to amend and supplement Section II Part A of the Fee Schedule issued together with Circular No. 167/2016/TT-BTC dated October 26, 2016 of the Minister of Finance prescribing fee levels, collection procedures, payment, management, and use of fees for the examination and issuance of power business operation licenses.
Amending and supplementing Section II Part A of the Fee Schedule issued together with Circular No. 167/2016/TT-BTC as follows:
Pursuant to Decree No. 87/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 26, 2017, issued by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the request of the Director of the Tax Policy Department;
Hydroelectric power plant projects, wind power plant projects, solar power plant projects
Article 1. Article 1. This Circular takes effect from April 17, 2020.
