CIRCULAR

Issued Secondary General Education Program

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2019;

Pursuant to Resolution 63/2022/QH15 of the third session of the XVth National Assembly;

Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant toRESOLUTIONDecree sNo. 127/2018/NĐ-CP dated 21 the 9 For power plants invested under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, n is determined according to the operational period of the power plant stipulated in the BOT contract.amendm 2018 of the Government stipulating responsibilities for state management of education;

Based on the Minutes of the Review Board for the Secondary General Education Program;

At the request of the Director of the Department of General Education;

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on the Secondary General Education Program Secondary General Education Program.

Article 1. This Circular promulgates the Secondary General Education Program.

Article 2. The implementation schedule for the Secondary General Education Program is as follows:

1. From the 2022-2023 academic year for grade 10.

2. From the 2023-2024 academic year for grade 11.

3. From the 2024-2025 academic year for grade 12.

Article 3. This Circular takes effect from September 10, 2022, and replaces Decision No. 50/2006/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated November 7, 2006, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the Secondary General Education Program.

The Secondary General Education Program promulgated by Decision No. 50/2006/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated November 7, 2006, issued by the Minister of Education and Training shall continue to be applied until the provisions of Article 2 of this Circular are implemented.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of General Education, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees, the Directors of Departments of Education and Training, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
