Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents No. 64/2025/QH15 amended and supplemented by Law No. 87/2025/QH15; Pursuant to Decree No. 78/2025/NĐ-CP dated April 1, 2025,

 providing detailed regulations for certain provisions and measures to organize and guide the implementation of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents (amended and supplemented by Decree No. 187/2025/NĐ-CP);2025/Pursuant to Decree No. 28/2025/NĐ-CP dated February 24, 2025, At the proposal of stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; of the Government);

Pursuant to Decision No. 2109/QĐ-TTg dated September 21, 2025 of the Prime Minister approving the plan to reduce and simplify administrative procedures related to business operations under the management of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2025; of the Government At the proposal of the Director of the Information and Press Department;

The Minister of Foreign Affairs issues this Circular to repeal Circular Jointly Issued No. 01/2001/TTLT/BNG-TCB dated September 26, 2001 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the General Post Office on guiding international television transmission by foreign journalists in Vietnam through the public telecommunications network.

Article 1. Repeal the entire legislative regulatory document

Repeal the entire Circular Jointly Issued No. 01/2001/TTLT/BNG-TCB dated September 26, 2001 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the General Post Office on guiding international television transmission by foreign journalists in Vietnam through the public telecommunications network.2001/Clause

This Circular takes effect from January 25, 2026.

This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2026; Circular No. 24/2013/TT-BKHCN dated September 30, 2013 of the Minister of Science and Technology on activities related to calibration, verification, testing of measuring instruments, and measurement standards shall cease to be effective from the date this Circular takes effect.
