REGARDING THE ASSIGNMENT OF BẢO VIỆT OFFICIALS FOR WORK IN LONDON

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

At the request of the General Director of the Vietnam Insurance Corporation, the Head of the Organization and Training Department;

Pursuant to …;

Article 1: Assign Mr. Phan Tien Nguyen, Deputy Director of the General Affairs Office of the Vietnam Insurance Corporation, to study and concurrently perform work at BAVINA Company - London, with a duration of six months starting from February 20, 1995.

Article 2: During the period working abroad, Mr. Phan Tien Nguyen will be entitled to 40% of his salary and allowances according to the current regulations.

Article 3: The Heads of the Organization and Training Department, the General Director of the Vietnam Insurance Corporation, the Director of the Ministry of Finance's General Office, and the named individual are responsible for implementing this decision./.
