DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC SECURITY
On the List of State Secrets of Confidential Level in the Tourism Sector
THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC SECURITY
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets dated December 28, 2000;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 28, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Protecting State Secrets;
Pursuant to Decree No. 136/2003/ND-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security;
After reaching consensus with the Director General of the National Administration of Tourism,
DECISION:
Article 1. The List of State Secrets of Confidential Level in the Tourism Sector includes information within the following scope:
1. Documents concerning policies, plans for cooperation with other countries and international organizations in the tourism sector submitted to Party and State leaders; negotiation plans of the tourism sector with other countries and international organizations not yet published;
2. Survey data on tourism resources directly related to national security that have not been published;
3. Personnel files of key officials in the tourism sector; documents regarding planning, transfer, appointment, dismissal, rotation, disciplinary actions against officials, and organizational restructuring in the tourism sector not yet published;
4. Recruitment examination questions and accompanying answers of the tourism sector not yet published; examination questions and graduation exams of courses at institutions under the National Administration of Tourism not yet published;
5. Information and documents on inspection and supervision activities in the tourism sector not yet published;
6. Technical design documents and regulations on ensuring cybersecurity of the National Administration of Tourism.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Competent agencies of the National Administration of Tourism and the Ministry of Public Security are responsible for monitoring the implementation of this Decision.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial people's committees, and centrally governed city people's committees are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
