THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996;

Pursuant to Decree No. 101/CP dated September 23, 1997 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Legal Documents;

Pursuant to Decision No. 355/TTg dated May 28, 1997 of the Government on the establishment of the Government Steering Committee for the Comprehensive Review and Systematization of Legal Regulatory Documents and the plan for the comprehensive review and systematization of legal regulatory documents in 1997-1998;

Pursuant to Decree No. 178-CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the proposal of the Director of the Financial Policy Department; Heads of units under and directly under the Ministry;

Article 1: Now hereby publishes the list of legal regulatory documents issued by the Finance Department up to April 30, 1998 that have ceased to be effective, comprising 759 documents (Attached list).

Article 2: This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature.

Article 3: The ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial people's committees under the direct control of the central government, and units subordinate to or directly under the Ministry of Finance shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
