Regarding the transfer of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam to the Ministry of Transport

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
TO IMPLEMENT GOVERNMENT REFORMS;
At the request of the Minister of Home Affairs in the Memorandum No. 68/TTr-BNV dated August 29, 2002,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam is hereby transferred to the Ministry of Transport.
Article 2. The Minister of Transport shall be responsible for managing the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Minister of Transport, the Minister of Home Affairs, the Director of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, the Ministers, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, and the Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
