Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 155/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 24, 2004 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification lists for state enterprises and independent accounting member companies under state corporations;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Ben Tre Province (Document No. 784/TT-UB dated April 27, 2005).
DECISION:
Article 1. APPROVES THE COMPLEMENTARY PROJECT FOR THE OVERALL REORGANIZATION AND MODERNIZATION OF STATE ENTERPRISES UNDER THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF BEN TRE PROVINCE IN 2005-2006 AS ATTACHED.
Article 2. CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF BEN TRE PROVINCE:
1. Direct the implementation of the reorganization and modernization of state enterprises under the approved decision No. 52/2003/QĐ-TTg dated April 15, 2003 and this Decision.
2. Based on current regulations and the actual situation of the enterprise, decide the proportion of state-owned shares when selling shares for the first time at each company and subsequent sale of state-owned capital at state-owned enterprises that have been corporatized.
Article 3. The Ministries of Finance, Planning and Investment, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs and related ministries shall be responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Ben Tre Province in implementing this Project.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform and Development shall be responsible for urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation of this Project, and simultaneously proposing solutions to the Prime Minister to resolve difficulties during the implementation process.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF BEN TRE PROVINCE AND HEADS OF RELATED AUTHORITIES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
