THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Based on the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;
Based on the Law on Product Quality and Commodities;
Based on the Ordinance on Livestock Breeds;
At the request of the Director of the Livestock Production Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the "Regulation on Certification of Establishments Implementing Good Animal Husbandry Practices (VietGAHP) for Dairy Cattle, Pigs, Poultry, and Bees".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Husbandry, the Heads of Units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
