Amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 49/2013/NĐ-CP
dated May 14, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of
certain provisions of the Labor Code on wages

PURSUANTPursuant to the Law on Government Organization on June 19, 2015;

Pursuant to the Labor Code on June 18, 2012;The Government issues this Decree amending and

Decree No. 07/2021/NĐ-CP

supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 49/2013/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Labor Code on wages. Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 49/2013/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Labor Code on wages as follows:

1. Supplementing Article 8 of Chapter III as follows:

"Article 8. Principles for establishing labor norms

Enterprises establish labor norms as the basis for paying wages to workers who are paid according to products, ensuring the following principles:"

2. Supplementing the end of point a, Clause 2, Article 10 of Chapter IV as follows:

"For enterprises employing less than ten workers, they are exempted from the procedure of submitting wage scales, salary tables, and labor norms to the competent state management agency at the district level where the enterprise's production and business facilities are located."

1. This Decree takes effect from November 1, 2018.

Article 2. Effective Date

2. The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities, and relevant agencies and enterprises are responsible for implementing this Decree./.

The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central government, and relevant agencies and enterprises shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
