ISSUED BY THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
PRESIDENT OF THE VIETNAM DEMOCRATIC REPUBLICIC GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the resolution of the Government establishing the Southern Resistance Committee and the Central South Vietnam Resistance Committee,
Pursuant to Decree No. 182 dated September 13, 1946 restructuring the Southern Vietnam Resistance Committee,
Pursuant to Decree No. 78/SL dated September 3, 1947 regarding the declaration of personnel of the Resistance Committees,
Pursuant to Decree No. 91/SL dated October 1, 1947 establishing the Resistance Committees with administrative functions at provincial, district, prefecture, county, and commune levels,
Pursuant to Decree No. 120/SL dated January 25, 1948 dissolving the Southern Vietnam Resistance Committee, establishing the Central South Vietnam Resistance Committee and the South Vietnam Resistance Committee,
Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Interior, the Minister of National Defense, and the Chief Commander of the National Army of Vietnam,
After consultation between the Council of Ministers and the Standing Committee of the National Assembly,
ISSUES THE DECREE:

The following gentlemen are hereby appointed as members of the Central South Vietnam Resistance Committee with Administrative Functions:
