Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the letter dated December 22, 1994 from the MUNICH RE Company regarding the acceptance of training for a course package (Munich Re course package 1995) for Bao Viet staff;
At the proposal of the General Director of the Vietnam Insurance Corporation, the Head of the Cadre and Training Department;
