Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 215/ND-CP dated December 23, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1068/QD-BTC dated May 19, 2014 of the Minister of Finance stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Asset Management Department;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the State Asset Management Department, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Charter of the National Data Exploitation Center on State Assets and Asset Services under the State Asset Management Department.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and replaces Decision No. 2557/QD-BTC dated October 19, 2009 of the Minister of Finance promulgating the Charter of the National Data Exploitation Center on State Assets and Asset Services under the State Asset Management Department.
Article 3. The Director of the State Asset Management Department, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Director of the Planning and Finance Department, the Head of the Ministry of Finance's Office, and the Heads of units and organizations under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
