Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/ND-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 83/2012/ND-CP dated October 9, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Government Inspector General;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department and the Head of Department I,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACH TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, POWERS AND ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE CIVIL APPEAL, COMPLAINTS AND INSPECTION DEPARTMENT IN REGION 1.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE AND REPLACE Decision No. 1584/2008/QD-TTCP dated August 6, 2008 of the Chief Inspector on the issuance of regulations on functions, duties, powers and organization and operations of the Civil Appeal, Complaints and Inspection Department in Region 1.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Directors of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department, the Heads of Department I, and the Heads of units under the Government Inspector General shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
