APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 49 (FORTY-NINE) DELEGATES TO THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 17 (SEVENTEEN) ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
At the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phú Yên province and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Department under the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. - Approves the number of 45 (forty-five) representatives of the People's Council of Phú Yên province, 17 (seventeen) constituencies, and the number of representatives to be elected from each constituency for the People's Council of Phú Yên province (attached list).
Article 2. - The Chairman of the People's Committee of Phú Yên province; the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Department under the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
