MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Administrative Violation Handling Ordinance dated July 16, 2002;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and Agencies at the Ministerial level;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
At the proposal of the Director General of the State Revenue总局局长的提议；
DECISION:
Article 1: Issued together with this Decision are five models of "Fine Receipts" with pre-printed denominations: 5,000 VND, 10,000 VND, 20,000 VND, 50,000 VND, and 100,000 VND (as attached), to be uniformly used nationwide by organizations and units authorized to collect fines on the spot for administrative violations.
Article 2: The General Department of Taxation shall be responsible for printing, issuing, distributing, managing, and guiding the use of "Fine Receipts" as stipulated in Article 1.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from October 1, 2002./.
