Regarding the transfer of the Government Price Board to the Ministry of Finance

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
TO IMPLEMENT GOVERNMENT REFORMS;
At the request of the Minister of Home Affairs in the Memorandum No. 68/TTr-BNV dated August 29, 2002,
DECISION:
Article 1. Now, the Government Price Board is transferred to the Ministry of Finance.
Article 2. The Minister of Finance shall be responsible for managing the Government Price Board.
Article 3This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Minister of Finance, the Minister of Home Affairs, the Director of the Government Price Board, the Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
