PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 155/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 24, 2004 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned enterprises and independent accounting subsidiaries under state-owned corporations;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the plan for restructuring and reforming state-owned enterprises under the People's Committee of Da Nang City for the period 2005-2006, as set out in the attached Appendix.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City shall be responsible for directing the restructuring and reform of state-owned enterprises under its jurisdiction in accordance with the approved content. For businesses that cannot be listed, they shall proactively transition to other appropriate forms of restructuring.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Ministers of Finance, Planning and Investment, Home Affairs, Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
