NUMBER: 122 DATE: January 25, 1948

OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

 

PRESIDENT OF THE VIETNAM DEMOCRATIC REPUBLICIC GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 63 dated November 22, 1945 organizing the People's Administration;

Pursuant to Decree No. 47-SL dated May 1, 1947 organizing the General Command of the National Army;

Pursuant to Decree No. 78-SL dated September 3, 1947 reorganizing the Anti-Japanese Committees of the Regions;

Pursuant to Decree No. 120/SL dated January 25, 1948 organizing the inter-regional areas and establishing the Anti-Japanese and Administrative Committees of the inter-regional areas;

At the proposal of the Minister of National Defense and the General Commander of the National Army;

 

ISSUES THE DECREE:

Article 1

Now appoints:

Mr. Chu Van Tan as the Inter-Regional Area Chief of Inter-Regional Area 1

Mr. Hoang Sam as the Inter-Regional Area Chief of Inter-Regional Area 3

Mr. Vu Hien, Deputy Inter-Regional Area Chief, acting as the Inter-Regional Area Chief of Inter-Regional Area 10

Article 2

Now appoints:

Mr. Le Hien Mai as the Political Commissioner of Inter-Regional Area 1

Mr. Le Quang Hoa as the Political Commissioner of Inter-Regional Area 3

Mr. Song Hao as the Political Commissioner of Inter-Regional Area 10

Article 3

Now appoints:

Mr. Vuong Thu Vu as the Deputy Inter-Regional Area Chief of Inter-Regional Area 1

Mr. Hoang Minh Thao as the Deputy Inter-Regional Area Chief of Inter-Regional Area 3

Mr. Le Trong Tan as the Deputy Inter-Regional Area Chief of Inter-Regional Area 10

Article 4

Transfer Messrs. Le Quang Ba, former Regional Chief of Region 12, Do Duc Kien, former Political Commissioner of Region XI, Phan Phuc Tuong, former Political Commissioner of Region 12, Nguyen Trong Vinh, former Political Commissioner of Region 1, to work at the General Command of the Vietnam National Army.

Article 5

The Minister of National Defense and the General Commander of the National Army shall implement this decree.
