Regarding the supplementation of members to the National Steering Committee

for basic investigation of marine resources and environment

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decision No. 47/2006/QD-TTg dated March 1, 2006 of the Government approving the overall project on basic investigation and management of marine resources and environment until 2010, with a vision to 2020;

Pursuant to Decision No. 889/QD-TTg dated June 22, 2006 of the Government regarding the establishment of the National Steering Committee for basic investigation of marine resources and environment;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment.

DECISION:

Article 1. Supplement the following members to the National Steering Committee for basic investigation of marine resources and environment:

1. The Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment;

2. The Director of the Office of the National Steering Committee for basic investigation of marine resources and environment. The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment shall report

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

To the Chairman of the National Steering Committee and members of the National Steering Committee for basic investigation of marine resources and environment, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees directly under the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
