Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
WHEREAS, pursuant to Decision No. 107 TC/TCCB dated February 13, 1995 of the Minister of Finance on the establishment of the Audit and Consulting Company under the Ministry of Finance;

Article 1NOW, THEREFORE, THE DISSOLUTION OF VACO'S REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE IN HO CHI MINH CITY IS ORDERED.
Article 2THE DIRECTOR OF VACO SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSFERRING ALL ASSETS, CAPITAL, AND STAFF OF THE REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE TO THE AUDIT AND CONSULTING COMPANY (REFERRED TO AS "A&C"), A STATE ENTERPRISE UNDER THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO DECISION NO. 107 TC/TCCB DATED FEBRUARY 13, 1995 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE.
THE TRANSFER MUST BE COMPLETED BY MARCH 1, 1995.
Article 3THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE. THE DIRECTORS OF THE ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL SERVICE AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT AND TRAINING, THE DIRECTORS OF THE FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE STATE CAPITAL AND ASSET MANAGEMENT GENERAL DEPARTMENT AT ENTERPRISES, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF VACO, THE DIRECTOR OF VACO'S REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE IN HO CHI MINH CITY, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE AUDIT AND CONSULTING COMPANY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
