Due to an error during the printing process, the Ministry of Finance hereby notifies a correction regarding the provision on the time for publicly announcing state budget information by the Chairman of the People’s Committee at the commune level as stipulated in Part IV of Circular No. 188/1998/TT-BTC dated December 30, 1998 issued by the Ministry of Finance.
Incorrectly printed content: "Not later than thirty days after the People's Council at the commune level has passed a resolution on the budget estimate and final accounts approval."
Corrected as follows: "Not later than fifteen days after the People's Council at the commune level has passed a resolution on the budget estimate and final accounts approval."
