DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE
REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION OF BIDDING FOR QUOTA EXPORT OF TEXTILE AND GARMENT PRODUCTS TO THE EU MARKET IN 2003.
CHAIRMAN OF THE BIDDING BOARD
Pursuant to Decision No. 1188/2002/QD-BTM dated October 4, 2000 of the Minister of Trade on the establishment of the bidding board for quota export of textile and garment products;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1191/2002/QD-BTM dated October 4, 2002 of the Minister of Trade on the issuance of the bidding regulations for quota export of textile and garment products to markets with quota provisions;
Pursuant to Circular Joint Circular No. 08/2002/TTLT-BTM-BKHĐT-BCN dated August 12, 2002 of the Ministry of Trade - Ministry of Planning and Investment - Ministry of Industry guiding the allocation and implementation of export quotas for textile and garment products to the EU, Canada, and Turkey markets in 2003,
DECISION:
Article 1. Announces the bidding price for each type of product (Cat.) and the maximum quantity for one bidding registration for the export quota of textile and garment products to the EU market in 2003, as attached in Appendix to this Decision.
Article 2. The bidding for export quota of textile and garment products in 2003 will be organized uniformly throughout the country.
Article 3. Enterprises participating in the bidding for export quota of textile and garment products shall pay a bid fee of 50,000 Vietnamese dong per bid for all types of products (Cat.).
The bid fee revenue will be used to cover the costs of preparing and organizing the bidding (printing, distribution, sending documents and files, and other expenses related to the bidding process...).
Article 4. The submission of bidding documents is regulated as follows:
Each enterprise shall submit only one set of bidding documents.
Types of products (Cat.) registered for bidding shall be compiled according to Form No. 1..
Article 5.
Time for registering bids: from November 17, 2002 to 16:30 on November 27, 2002.
Bid opening time: 8:30 on November 28, 2002.
Bid opening location: Conference Hall of the Ministry of Trade - 21 Ngo Quyen Street - Hanoi.
Agencies and enterprises witnessing the bid opening: representatives of the Department of Commerce of Hanoi, the Department of Commerce of Ho Chi Minh City, the Department of Commerce of Hai Phong, the Department of Commerce of Da Nang, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association, Vietnam National Textile and Garment Corporation, Trade Newspaper, Investment Newspaper, Industry Newspaper, Finance Newspaper.
Article 6. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
