Changing the Project Investor for the Investment and Construction Project and Operation of the Multi-story Industrial Zone Kim Hoa, Vinh Phuc Provincevà hoạt động kinh doanh cơ sở hạ

tầng khu công nghiệp Kim Hoa, tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government on the issuance of the Industrial Zone Management Regulation, Export Processing Zone Management Regulation, and High-Tech Park Management Regulation;

Pursuant to the Investment and Construction Management Regulations issued together with Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 and Decree No. 12/2000/NĐ-CP dated May 5, 2000 of the Government;

Pursuant to Decision No. 679/QĐ-TTg dated August 1, 1998 of the Prime Minister on the establishment and approval of the Investment and Construction Project and Operation of the Infrastructure of the Kim Hoa Industrial Zone, Vinh Phuc Province;

Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc Province at Document No. 1508/HC-UB dated August 28, 2002 and the review opinion of the Minister of Planning and Investment at Document No. 7395/BKH-KCN dated November 21, 2002, 

DECISION:

Article 1. Changing the Project Investor for the Investment and Construction Project and Operation of the Infrastructure of the Kim Hoa Industrial Zone, Vinh Phuc Province as set forth in Decision No. 679/QĐ-TTg dated August 1, 1998 of the Prime Minister as follows:

Former Project Investor: Agricultural Marketing and Investment Company for Rural Development - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

New Project Investor: Urban and Industrial Zone Investment and Development Corporation - Ministry of Construction (IDICO).

Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc Province shall be responsible for coordinating with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Ministry of Construction to guide the determination and settlement of costs already incurred by the project between the Agricultural Marketing and Investment Company for Rural Development and the Urban and Industrial Zone Investment and Development Corporation.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 4. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc Province, the Ministers of Planning and Investment, Finance, Agriculture and Rural Development, Construction, Defense, Industry, Science and Technology, Natural Resources and Environment, Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, General Director of the Urban and Industrial Zone Investment and Development Corporation, Director of the Agricultural Marketing and Investment Company for Rural Development, and Heads of relevant agencies within their respective functions and authorities shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
