THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Regarding the awarding of enterprises with outstanding export achievements
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/ND-CP dated 16/01/2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to Decision No. 195/1999/QD-TTg dated 27/9/1999 of the Prime Minister on the establishment, use, and management of the Export Support Fund;
Pursuant to Decision No. 02/2002/QD-BTM dated 2/1/2002 of the Minister of Trade promulgating the Regulations on Export Award Examination;
Considering the proposal of the Export Award Examination Council,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- Now hereby presents certificates of merit and monetary awards totaling 17,767 million VND to 212 units listed below for their outstanding export achievements in 2003;
The amount of each award is detailed in Appendix A1 attached hereto.
Article 2.- Relevant departments of the Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Finance, Export Award Examination Council, and the named enterprises shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 3.- This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance./.
