Regarding the transfer of the National Academy of Public Administration to the Ministry of Home Affairs

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

TO IMPLEMENT GOVERNMENT REFORMS;

At the request of the Minister of Home Affairs in the Memorandum No. 68/TTr-BNV dated August 29, 2002,

DECISION:

Article 1. The National Academy of Public Administration is hereby transferred to the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Article 2The Minister of Home Affairs shall be responsible for managing the National Academy of Public Administration.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

The Minister of Home Affairs, the Director of the National Academy of Public Administration, the Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and provincial People's Committees under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
