THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 15/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 1996 on the Management of Livestock Feed;
At the proposal of the Director of the Fisheries Cultivation Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. The "List of mixed feed for aquaculture allowed to circulate in Vietnam" is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate of the Ministry, Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under centrally governed cities/provinces, organizations and individuals involved in the production and business of feed used in aquaculture are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
