Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 179/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government promulgating the Working Regulations of the Government;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs,

DECISION:

Article 1. The accompanying this Decision is the Regulation on organizing overseas working trips of the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from December 1, 2009.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
