CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 63 dated November 22, 1945 and Decree-Law No. 77 dated December 21, 1945 organizing the people's administration and administrative committees;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 1/SL dated December 18, 1946 establishing protection committees and implementing joint ministerial order No. 6-NV/CT dated December 28, 1946;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 3-NV/SL dated December 23, 1946 suspending elections for the People's Councils and administrative committees;

Pursuant to Decree-Laws Nos. 34/SL dated March 19, 1947 and No. 38/SL dated March 28, 1947 amending Decree-Law No. 1/SL dated December 18, 1946;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 78/SL dated September 3, 1947 regarding the declaration of personnel in the Resistance Committees;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 120/SL dated January 25, 1948 organizing inter-provincial zones and establishing resistance committees with administrative functions for inter-provincial zones;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Interior Affairs, the Minister of National Defense, and the Chief Commander of the Vietnam National Army;

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:

Article 1

The following gentlemen are hereby appointed as members of the Resistance Committee with administrative functions for inter-provincial zone No. 10:

Mr. Bùi Quang Tạo Member of People's Council

Mr. Đinh Công Phụ Member of People's Council

Mr. Tô Quang Dẩu Administrative member

Mr. Lê Văn Giang Administrative member

Mr. Vũ Hiền Military member

Article 2

The Ministers of Interior Affairs and National Defense, and the Chief Commander of the Vietnam National Army shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
